Project Overview
East MINDS Consulting Group was engaged by VIHC to lead a transparent and merit-based recruitment and selection process for key strategic roles. The assignment was designed to strengthen the company’s institutional capacity and ensure it attracted top talent to support its growing mandate.

We managed the entire recruitment cycle, including:
Designing job profiles and role specifications
Advertising and candidate sourcing
Screening and shortlisting applications
Competency-based interviews with a structured scoring system
Reference and background checks
Final recommendations and onboarding support guidance

87 applications received across all positions
A multi-stage interview process was conducted with an independent panel
